It is not our normal position to place rules and restrictions on you. Although restrictions have now gone we are still remaining vigilant to stop the spread. These guidelines are to safeguard both you, our staff & our community. It is important we look after one another and we have a duty of care to keep you all safe and well. We wish you a lovely stay with us.
Glamping Bookings and Covid-19:
We take your safety very seriously so all cabins will be allocated their very own private shower/toilet room, a short walk away. Toad Hall, the Woodpecker and Keeper’s Cabin are already ensuite. Hot tubs are deep cleaned as standard for each new guest so may not be hot on arrival. We will supply bedding but ask guests, at the end of their stay, to strip sheets and covers to protect our cleaning staff.
There is no need to be near other cabins as each unit has its own outside area and there are 200 acres of adjoining woodland to roam. Happy Valley is therefore the perfect rural escape to reconnect with nature and loved ones.

Wood Fired Hot Tub
Toad Hall, The Woodpecker and Keeper’s Cabin all have private hot tubs and are cleaned in between stays. Toad Hall’s hot tub may not have reached temperature on arrival as it takes a lot longer to heat up.
Keepers Cabin and The Woodpeckers hot tubs are wood fired and you are responsible for getting them up to temperature 37.5 Please see instructions in welcome pack.
General Guidelines
We are proud to be nestled on the edge of a Norfolk Wildlife Trust Site. There is woodland wildlife in abundance. Please use common sense in the woods. Appropriate footwear is advised. No littering.
Please only use your designated toilet and shower room.
Upon departure, please strip bedsheets, covers etc to protect our cleaning staff.
Bedding will be provided.
Extra deep cleaning between each changeover is carried out therefore we cannot allow late check outs or early check ins.
Please do not come to Happy Valley if you have any symptoms, have been in contact with anyone displaying symptoms or have contracted Covid-19 and have isolated for less than 2 weeks.
If you develop any symptoms during your stay you must report it to us immediately.
We kindly ask you to wash your hands on a regular basis and systematically clean your areas with antibacterial spray provided in each unit.
We have added antibacterial spray in each cabin on top of our eco products. Please use paper towels to clean areas and dispose of in the bins provided. Please do not take the antiseptic spray away from the site. Please wash hands regularly.
Please wipe down taps at the washing up area with anti bacterial spray once you have finished using the sink.
Please only use the washing up cloths/sponges from your own cabin.
Please wipe down play equipment with disinfectant if you would like to use it.
