Things to note
o All water is drinking water. Filtered from our own source at Happy Valley.
o Toad Hall, The Woodpecker and Keeper’s cabin are ensuite. All other accommodation has access to hot waterfall showers and heated toilet rooms. Toad Hall, the Woodpecker and Keeper’s Cabin have their own, private hot tub.
o Toad Hall hot tub is electric and we deep clean in between stays, therefore it may not have reached temperature by the time you arrive but will be hot for the following morning. Please do not leave lid off or mess with the buttons as this can cause delays to use.
o Toad, Keepers and Woodpecker cabin comes with a small supply of logs. If you would like more, you can purchase extra logs, coal, fire lighters etc on site.
o. Internet - This is a place to enjoy the wild and each other. The internet is not available on the main site. Toad Hall does have it’s own internet which is fairly good.

Things to do in the local area
Once you visit us, you’ll understand why we love Norfolk so much as there really is something for everyone. For the adventurer, there’s high ropes tree climbing, axe throwing, paddle boarding or kite surfing. For the secret mermaid, there are several stunning coastlines and plenty of opportunities for seal watching. For those who love the quirky, you can take an alpaca trekking across the countryside. For the nature lovers, there are a plethora of nature reserves for bird watching as well as a deer safari park. For the ladies who lunch, Norfolk has an abundance of gastro and traditional country pubs, tea shops, unique boutique shops and luxurious spa centres. For the sophisticated and mature, why not venture out to Sandringham and visit the Royal Abode just 10 minutes away. Just ask us if you need ideas - we're full of them!

King Bell Tent - Real king size bed, 2 small childrens beds. outdoor prep area, kitchenette. Fire pit, bbq. Woodland Garden.
Glamping Shower Rooms - allocated to each unit which is not already en-suite. Heated rooms private to your own cabin with waterfall showers.
Denver Rest sits with Tawny Hut and they come as a pair. Perfect for 2 couples or if you have slightly older children who want their own space but still close enough to feel safe.
Washing Up Area and toilets/shower rooms. All individually heated rooms with Waterfall Showers and Flushing Toilets.Private Rooms for Each Cabin not already En-suite.
