Another Successful Wilderness Wedding Fair at Happy Valley Norfolk!
What a wonderful day we had on Sunday 18th October 2026! We were delighted to welcome so many lovely couples to our latest Wilderness Wedding Fair at Happy Valley Norfolk, and we're thrilled to say it was a huge success.
From the moment the doors opened, we enjoyed a steady stream of couples coming through to explore the venue, soak up the atmosphere and gather inspiration for their own special day. It was fantastic to see so many people discovering what makes Happy Valley such a unique place to get married.

A chance to explore the magic of Happy Valley
One of the best parts of our wedding fair is giving couples the opportunity to experience the venue properly, rather than simply looking at photographs. Throughout the day, guests were free to wander through our woodland surroundings, book on to a tour to see inside our luxury glamping cabins, explore our barns and discover the different spaces available for their celebrations.
Our outdoor ceremony areas were dressed and ready for a wedding, giving couples the chance to picture themselves exchanging vows surrounded by the beauty of the Norfolk countryside. From our enchanting woodland spaces to the peaceful Willow Island, there was plenty of inspiration for couples dreaming of a wedding that feels a little different.
Whether you're imagining an intimate outdoor ceremony, a relaxed countryside celebration or a lively evening of music and dancing in the barn, we loved helping couples start to visualise how their own day could come together.
The Wizard Tree
Another beautiful outdoor ceremony setting was created by Thistle & Waxflower, who dressed our Wizard Tree ceremony area with the most gorgeous autumnal blooms. Embracing a natural, seasonal feel, the arrangements were full of life, with beautiful textures and warm autumnal tones that complemented the woodland surroundings perfectly. With a real passion for working with seasonal flowers and creating arrangements that feel natural rather than overly styled, Millie from Thistle & Waxflower brought a lovely sense of warmth and character to this enchanting little corner of Happy Valley.
Willow Island
One of the real highlights of the day was seeing our Willow Island transformed by the wonderful Bernice from Blooming Perfect Flowers. She created the most beautiful autumn-inspired ceremony setting, featuring a natural wooden arch adorned with cascading autumn florals, complemented by soft drapery in rich, warm autumn tones. The styling worked perfectly with the surrounding woodland, bringing together seasonal colour, beautiful textures and a touch of romance. It was such a lovely way to showcase just how magical an outdoor ceremony at Happy Valley can be!
Meeting some of Norfolk's most talented wedding suppliers
Of course, no wedding fair would be complete without an incredible collection of wedding suppliers, and we were so pleased to have so many talented creatives joining us for the day.
From florists and photographers to musicians, stylists and other wonderful wedding specialists, couples had the opportunity to chat directly with the people who could help bring their ideas to life.
We absolutely adore working alongside our suppliers, and it's always lovely to see the connections being made between couples and the talented people behind some truly beautiful weddings.
Even better, the feedback from our suppliers was fantastic! Everyone was thrilled with how the day went, and we were particularly delighted to hear that some had already returned home to find new enquiries waiting for them that very evening. It's exactly what we hope for when bringing such a lovely group of wedding professionals together.
